PRPNW John Ippert, the Fleet Reserve Association Americanism/Patriotism Essay Contest chairman announced the winners at the Regional Level. Four of branch #104′s local winners placed:
8th Grade:
2nd Place – Hannah Balado, Edgemont Jr. High
9th Grade:
2nd Place – Alexander Huppert, Cedarcrest Jr. High
10th Place:
1st Place – Katie McConville, Aviation High School
(Essay being forwarded to the National level for judging)
11th Grade:
2nd Place – Christopher Schenk, Puyallup High School
